Liam deals with a broad range of Wills, Probate, Trusts and Tax work. He advises business owners on succession issues and a large part of Liam’s work involves the resolution of disputes in relation to contested Wills, Trusts and Probate matters. Liam is one of the few solicitors in Yorkshire who is a member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS).
Liam qualified as a solicitor in 2008 having previously practiced as a Legal Executive. He has dealt exclusively with private client work since 2004 having for a number of years prior to that worked in the property department at two commercial law firms.

Liam is a member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP) and through that a member of both the STEP Mental Capacity and STEP Contentious Trusts and Estate Special Interest Groups.
As mentioned above, Liam is also a member of ACTAPS.
Outside of the office
Liam is married with two young children and lives in Wilsden.
In those rare moments of “free time” he likes to get out and about on his mountain bike.
