Here at AWB Charlesworth, when we complete a piece of legal work, we send out a customer feedback form. They’re returned and we assess them for any problems (thankfully rare) and add up the totals.

Between January and July 2023, 75% of feedback was returned as ‘Excellent’. And 23.8% gave us Good. That’s an astonishing 98.8% of feedback giving us ‘Good’ or ‘Excellent’.

AWB Charlesworth works off the mantra: Reputation, Referral, Retention. Most of our customers come to us as they’ve used us before and are pleased with our professional and pragmatic approach. They recommend us to their families and friends, and word of mouth brings us the rest of our clients. It’s a great way to gain and retain customers, but it only works if the service is excellent.

To support our customer feedback, we also undergo rigorous reviews by the Law Society, and have held their legal practice quality mark, Lexcel, for 14 years. Out of the 100 or so solicitor firms in our region, only 26 are Lexcel-accredited.
