We’ve been very busy recently… as always… but in a different way.

Last week we received the Law Society’s CQS accreditation. It sets out the standards of competence, risk management and client service levels expected of legal practice undertaking conveyancing work.

It nicely accompanies our other important Lexcel accreditation, which only 10% of law firms have in our region. We have secured this mark of excellence for the last 15 years and work extremely hard to keep it. Lexcel is awarded to law firms that meet high standards for management and customer care, and requires a rigorous auditing process to obtain and maintain.

Alongside, our staff were nominated for multiple awards this year, including the Yorkshire Legal Awards and Keighley Business Awards.

And to round off a nice few weeks, we’ve just been recognised in the Best Conveyancer Guide 2026. 4,145 firms were rigorously assessed to identify the very best conveyancers in the country. And we’re delighted that we’ve been acknowledged as one of them.
