Jenny runs the Marathon for Manorlands!

Not busy enough with running a busy Wills, Trust and Probate department and being a dedicated mum of two, Jenny Barron is running the London Marathon this April. And all proceeds of her fundraising will go to local charity, Manorlands.
Training was thrown recently when she suffered a leg injury, and then a black eye during the Manorlands Keighley 10K, but she’s back on track and gunning for a respectable time. As if all that isn’t enough, Jenny is also organising the Embsay Festival on the 11th of May 2024, where there will be live music, food fans, and plenty to keep the kids entertained too. And it’s all for a good cause, this event is also to raise funds for Manorlands.
Sue Ryder’s Manorlands Hospice is a charity close to many of us in local area and they do amazing work with limited government funding. In fact, the majority of the money the charity receives is from fundraising and charitable donations. This is why we chose Manorlands as our charity this year and our team will continue to do more to support this great cause in the coming months.
Located in Oxenhope, near Keighley, Manorlands Hospice provides services such as inpatient palliative care, rehabilitation, and specialist community services.
Best of luck Jenny, and thank you everybody for donations contributed to this amazing charity.
