Emily is an Associate Director in Commercial Property at AWB Charlesworth. She joined the firm in April 2025 and is based at the Skipton office.

Emily has wide-ranging experience. Latterly she worked in the charity sector, managing both residential and commercial property portfolios. In addition, her knowledge of agricultural property law is extensive and hugely beneficial to the rural clients AWB Charlesworth looks after.

Emily advises across the full range of commercial property work, dealing with lease extensions, acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant relations, and estate management.

Emily enjoys working with clients and forging long-term relationships with them, to allow her to fully understand their business and support their needs more fully. She understands the importance of ensuring that complex legal matters are explained in straightforward terms so clients feel able to take informed decisions.
