Leah is a Licensed Conveyancer in the Residential Property Department. She joined AWB Charlesworth in July 2025.

Leah deals with residential conveyancing matters including sale and purchases of freehold property, transfers of equity and re-mortgages and also leasehold properties. She has regular clients with whom she has built relationships and who recommend friends and family.
