Michelle is a Paralegal in the Corporate Department at the firm’s Keighley office.
Michelle joined AWB Charlesworth Solicitors in January 2024 and has previously worked for local and national law firms. Michelle has a Bachelors in Psychology with Law and a Masters in Law, and whilst at university worked at a Law Clinic providing legal advice and assistance to clients. Michelle will be undertaking the Solicitors Qualification Examinations in 2024. Thereafter, she will be qualified as a solicitor.
Michelle assists on a wide range of business law matters including buying and selling businesses, shareholder agreements, company re-organisations, Employee Ownership Trusts, charity law, demergers and reconstructions.
Michelle enjoys the variety of work the corporate field brings as well as getting to know the clients and making the legal process as easy as possible for them.
