Will is a solicitor in the Company and Commercial department and works at AWB Charlesworth’s Keighley office.

Will qualified in 2023 and has experience of advising on a wide range of legal matters for businesses, including buying and selling shares and assets, shareholder agreements, and various share schemes and company restructures. He also deals with various commercial and contractual matters including NDAs, agreements for the supply of goods and services, and employee settlement agreements.

Will has worked with a huge variety of different businesses giving him the knowledge and expertise he needs to fulfil the expectations of his clients.
