We’re finalists in the Yorkshire Legal Awards! For the second year running! Our Wills, Trust and Probate department are simply one of the best.

Competing against 30 other Yorkshire firms, Lois Di Vito is now a finalist for the Rising Star nomination for her work with families with children with special needs.

Visiting local charities, schools and community groups, on evenings and weekends, throughout West and North Yorkshire, Lois has been advising families on how to look after vulnerable family members. It’s an issue close to our hearts as staff members at AWB Charlesworth have struggled with these issues. It’s hard enough looking after children with additional needs; parents don’t need the added stress of worrying over their future.

Lois qualified as a solicitor just under 10 years ago and she is a STEP Associate, having taken further examinations from this internationally-recognised organisation which upholds standards in the field of estate planning.

We’re proud to have Lois on our team, and delighted her skills and talents have been recognised.
