David Tear is a Solicitor in the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department. Qualifying as a solicitor in 1999, he spent 10 years with a large commercial law firm based in Bradford and Leeds, before joining AWB Charlesworth in 2010. 

Acting for a number of local, regional and national businesses, David has extensive experience in a range of commercial disputes including breach of contract, shareholder and partnership disputes, debt recovery and professional negligence claims. David also acts for commercial landlords and tenants in lease renewal proceedings, property and lease disputes and dilapidation claims.
