Mark is a Director in the Private Client Department and is based at the firm’s Keighley office. He joined AWB Charlesworth Solicitors in August 2012 as a solicitor before becoming a Director in 2019.
Mark advises a range of clients on estate administration, succession planning, asset protection, tax planning, Trusts and Wills. He has expertise in cross-border succession and experience of dealing with very large multi-jurisdictional estates. His clients include high-net-worth individuals and business owners.
Mark has over ten years’ experience as a private client solicitor and holds the full STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) qualification. In 2018 Mark received a STEP worldwide excellence award and certificate in Cross Border Estates. He speaks fluent French and regularly liaises with lawyers in countries such as France, Switzerland, Cyprus and the US.
Mark is passionate about providing an excellent service to clients. He understands the importance of getting to know clients and their individual circumstances to ensure the best possible advice is given. He particularly enjoys finding practical solutions to challenging and technical matters.
