We’re delighted to have received confirmation of our 2023-4 Law Society accreditation for conveyancing.
The Law Society Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) is a recognised quality standard for residential conveyancing practices. It ensures that:
* we have the expertise to deliver quality residential conveyancing advice
* we use standardised processes to manage and reduce risks
* we educate clients about what to expect when paying for conveyancing advice.
Earlier in the year, AWB Charlesworth was awarded the Lexcel quality mark for the 14th year running. Lexcel is developed specifically for the legal profession. It is an optional, recognised accreditation scheme for law firms and in-house legal departments. Out of the 100 or so solicitor firms in our region, only 26 are Lexcel accredited.
