AWB Charlesworth continues to expand, and now welcomes Cyrielle Lacaille.
Cyrielle has extensive knowledge and experience with The Electronic Communications Code and the Utility sector, which brings much-needed technical information for the digital age, into the Bradford legal community.
In addition, Chris Cooper was promoted to Director in Spring 2023 and specialises in Property Litigation. He joined the firm in 2010 and since then has developed a broad list of clients including landlords, tenants, developers, companies, individuals, famers, land-owners and owner-managed businesses who regularly return to Chris for his pragmatic, expert advice. Chris has extensive experience in a range of property disputes, including high-value TOLATA claims with complex issues, agricultural disputes and commercial property disputes.
As part of the department’s continued expansion, Elleanor Saunders joins as a Paralegal. Elleanor graduated with a first in Law from Leeds University. She worked for AWB Charlesworth during university vacations, and impressed the firm with her ability to grasp new concepts, run with projects and her exceptional attention to detail. Elleanor assists Chris Cooper with Property Litigation disputes.
Partner and Director, David Tear heads the department and has nearly 25 years of experience in the commercial sector. Acting for a number of local, regional and national businesses, David has worked on a range of commercial disputes including breach of contract, shareholder and partnership disputes, debt recovery and professional negligence claims. David also acts for commercial landlords and tenants in lease renewal proceedings, property and lease disputes, and dilapidation claims.
