Cyrielle is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and has 10 years’ experience acting for both claimants and defendants. Cyrielle has extensive experience in court litigation and mediation and has been involved in a wide range of matters including breach of contract, commercial disputes, shareholder disputes, debt recovery, commercial lease disputes and property and utility damage claims (street works and NRSWA).
She worked for a telecommunication company as an in-house litigator before joining AWB Charlesworth Solicitors in September 2023 in the Litigation team as a Legal Executive working alongside David Tear and Christopher Cooper.
Cyrielle enjoys working on complicated matters: achieving a thorough understanding of all aspects of a case, ensuring efficiency, and building long-lasting relationship with clients.
