Felicity is a Director and Practice Manager and works across all the firm’s offices. She joined AWB Charlesworth Solicitors in 2014. 

Felicity started out in law in 2004 and in 2010 she completed an MBA at Imperial College London by distance learning, to support and inform her work.

Felicity oversees the firm’s HR, facilities, quality, risk, compliance and other business project work, such as opening new offices, mergers, rebranding, obtaining quality marks such as Lexcel and the Law Society’s CQS accreditation, and more.
